Once your order is accepted and at every subsequent stage of fulfilment, you will receive an email notification.
Modifications are possible provided your order has not yet been passed to fulfilment. Contact us by email without delay to make any changes. Once production has begun, modifications may no longer be possible.
Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days. For selected products, fulfilment may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Full details are available on the product page under the SHIPPING & RETURNS tab.
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically within 24 hours. If you experience difficulties completing payment, please contact us. You may place the order again using a different payment method.

PRE-ORDER refers to the pre-sale of a product ahead of its regular release. You reserve a unit within a planned production run and are given priority fulfilment. This model allows us to avoid overproduction and actively support sustainable practice.
MADE-TO-ORDER means your item is produced exclusively for you. Production begins only once your order is placed, allowing us to focus entirely on detail and craft precision.

Delivery cost depends on the chosen shipping method and is displayed at checkout once a destination address has been entered. Free delivery on orders over 500 PLN within Poland, and over 300 EUR within the EU.
Yes — we deliver our products to Poland, EU member states, and worldwide.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in accordance with local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or delivery cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Should the buyer refuse to pay such charges, the cost of returning the parcel and any handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
If visible damage to a parcel is noted at the time of delivery, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the courier. Please then contact us without delay.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the contract and return the product — no reason required. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.
1. Complete the form enclosed with your order and place it inside the return parcel.
2. Send the parcel by courier to: NAWARA, ul. Gromadzka 46, 30-714 Kraków.
3. Await your refund — the transfer will be processed within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Please note: personalised products and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We recommend using the original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel. The amount is returned via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
